The Osaka Subway and Bus Pass is also called the "Osaka Metro Pass".

• If you purchase before March 31 2024, the voucher is valid until April 30 2024
• If you purchase after April 1 2024, the voucher is valid until April 30 2025

How do I get the Osaka Subway and Bus Pass?

1. After purchasing your pass, a QR code digital voucher will be sent to you via email within 5 business days
2. In Japan, exchange your QR code digital voucher (no need to print it) for the Osaka Subway Pass at the following locations. You'll need to show your passport to exchange it.

• Kansai International airport(KIX) Kansai International Airport Terminal   9:00am - 7:00pm

How do I use the Osaka Subway and Bus Pass?

The pass is used like a regular Japanese subway pass, just insert the pass into the ticket gates for each line you take. 

NOTE: You cannot use the Osaka Metro Pass on JR lines. However, IC Cards such as Suica and Pasmo can be used. 

If you plan to go to Kyoto or Nara after Osaka, consider our Kyoto Osaka Nara 3-day Pass (“Kansai Thru Pass”) too, to fully enjoy all transportation options in Osaka and the Osaka region.

This product is not refundable once sent, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
